The following website is for those who have already completed the IBLP program or the MiS one and who might want to remain part of the Aalto University. The Master’s Programme in Strategy is held at Aalto University in both the Schools of Science and Economics. The Aalto University is located in Finland in the cities of Espoo and Helsinki. The program consists in a two year Master’s programme that aims to train and develop experts in the domain of strategic management, who would like to undertake a path towards the success in today’s constantly changing and increasingly complex business environment.

We aim to be your strategic link to success by supporting you on your journey toward becoming tomorrow’s successful global path-makers and potential game-changers by providing them a high-quality in-depth learning experience in the domain of strategic management. The Master’s programme is offered by Aalto University School of Science (formerly known as Helsinki University of Technology) in cooperation with the Aalto University School of Economics (formerly Helsinki School of Economics (HSE)). Together with the Aalto University School of Arts and Design (formerly Helsinki School of Arts and Design), these three schools were merged and formed the Aalto University the 1st January 2010.

The program is hosted by the Institute of Strategy at Aalto University School of Science and it is based on the almost 20 years long experience of the one-year International Business Linkage Program (IBLP). The courses are taught by leading Finnish and international professors as well as industry experts and consultants. For the participants, the program offers a unique opportunity for studying strategic management in Finland’s leading technical university, whilst creating a globe-spanning international network of future global leadership talent.

The two-year intensive study program is open to outstanding students who have already a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, natural sciences, mathematics or computer sciences and fulfilling the high requirements set by the Institute of Strategy at Aalto University School of Science. Students with a Bachelor’s degree in economics can apply for the same programme at the Aalto University School of Economics.
